Photographs and Videos

For our program please provide an actual photograph (print-quality). In addition we would like to feature your team on our social media channel (15-20 seconds maximum).

By sending photographs and videos you will guarantee that both will be handed over to us fully extensive free of rights of any third party.

Please note the following requirements for videos.

Technical requirements

• short introductory video (15–20 seconds maximum)
• portrait orientation (Instagram format)
• This can include clips from a competition or practice, or “just” the team members.
• No text in the video: not the formation name or something else (will be added by our social media team)
• Acceptable file formats are *.mov or *.mp4.
• maximum filesize 100mb

Example video has no sound!
Please make sure that the music used in the video is royalty-free.

Transfer / Sending those files

Based on the file size please use a provider of free file transfer. In most cases up to 2GB could be send for free.
